The smaller property added to the charm, and the rustic stone walls and old wood floors gave it a unique character. Marcello, the host, was attentive and welcoming, preparing a delicious vegetarian dinner and sharing interesting Camino trivia. The attention to detail, such as handmade privacy curtains and comfortable mattresses, made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this lovely place for a memorable Camino experience.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly and appeared to have not been cleaned in a long time. The owner refused to accommodate vegan guests and was rude when asked for a simple request.

We had an amazing stay at a charming albergue in Palas de Rei. The owner, Marcello, went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. He even gave me a foot bath after I injured my foot on the Camino, which was so thoughtful. The homemade food he prepared for dinner was delicious and a great value. We enjoyed meeting other travelers and sharing our experiences. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. we highly recommend this albergue for a wonderful Camino experience.

The bathrooms were well-maintained and spacious, and the individual foot towels were a nice touch. The bunk beds had power points and there was a small safety deposit box for valuables. Marcello's home-cooked pilgrims dinner was mind-blowing, catering even to dietary restrictions. a small and friendly hostel with a GREAT atmosphere.

The hotel's location directly on the beach in a lively Dakar neighborhood was fantastic. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves and being able to enjoy the beach right outside my door. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with useful information about the area.

Everything is what I need and want.

Marcel was an amazing host, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the Italian food he cooked was incredible, and we even got to feed the pigs on the farm after dinner. the albergue space was not overcrowded, with two spacious bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

The common area can be a bit crowded as it also serves as the kitchen where Marcello prepares food and hangs out.
